Aphroditi beach is a small cove that easily gets missed between Karidi beach and Fava beach. Located in a residential area of Vourvourou it is surrounded by homes and villas built on the elevated cliffs that overlook the beach. Access is by a narrow path that begins at the street and leads you down the valley to the beach.
Aphroditi beach isn’t organized so you will need to bring your own food and beach equipment.
The beach itself consists of sand and pebbles. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom and can at times have waves. The beach is somewhat sheltered by the cliffs that surround it. It faces northeast so expect an earlier sunset.
