Paradise beach is north of Toroni and just south of Aretes beach. This is a beautiful sandy beach with a southerly disposition and is protected by the mountain that surrounds it on three sides. Just a warning that due to its isolation and difficulty in getting to Paradise beach, it is mainly visited by nudists who set up camp on the beach.
The beach is not developed and requires that you park your car either on the main road or the dirt road that ends by a private house. From the house you will have a 100 m walk down some steps to reach the beach.
The beach itself is sandy and wide and perhaps 300 m in length. The sand is fine and the sea bottom is also sandy. The water is not so deep off the shore and is acceptable for children and great for swimming. In the middle of the beach is an area of rock shelf.
What’s great about Paradise Beach
Natural beach. Crystal clear water and great sand. And what’s not…
Difficult to reach without a car. No restaurant or beach bar, just on Aretes beach.Drive north from Toroni and follow the sign to Tristinika beach and Aretes beach. Pass Tristinika beach turn off and you pass a taverna and continue straight. The road will then climb the mountain and when you reach the top you will see a dirt road that turns left. If you reach the hotel parking at the top, you have gone too far, turn back about 100 m and head down towards the sea. Park the car at the end of this dirt road and walk down the stairs to the beach.
