Paolo House has a garden and there is a large patio with barbecue. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and the 3rd floor 1 bedroom. The house is a no-smoking villa, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside.

The 1st floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. The 2nd floor contains sea view balcony, fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker), air conditioning, living room, fireplace, iron, baby cot, toilet and television. Linen is changed every 5th day.

Close by is the beach and the Nikiti Marina. Within 100 m are many restaurants and shops.
