Filianna Apartments and Studios is situated is a quiet part of Nikiti, Halkidiki. The large green oasis is only 80 m from Nikiti’s white sand beach which is awarded with a ‘Blue Flag’. Seaside dining in the evenings will give you a front row seat to watch Sithonia’s dazzling sunsets!
HOTEL
Filianna Apartments and Studios have two buildings. The ground floor apartments (50 m) can sleep up to 6 persons and the 1st floor apartments (32 m) sleep 4 persons. The grassy garden has plenty of room for children to play and guests have access to tables and chairs, a gazebo and a barbecue. Wifi internet is free as is secure parking in the yard.
ROOM
All the apartments are equipped with a kitchen (large refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster, kettle and utilities), WC shower, air conditioner, flat screen television, a balcony and mosquito nets. The large (50 m) apartment has a double bed and sofa bed in the bedroom and a double and single bed in the living area. The smaller apartments (32 m) have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A cot for babies can be requested for free.
The center of Nikiti is 600 meters away. Within walking distance you can reach restaurants on the promenade and have close access to supermarkets. Nikiti is ideally situated close to many spectacular beaches in Sithonia.
