Most Sithonia hotels are the classic 2-star greek hotel that is family owned and run and offers a basic room and possibly a restaurant. It is becoming more common for newly built family hotels to also have a swimming pool and pool bar.

There are a few large resort hotels that offers an all-inclusive program, a wellness centre, sports activities and an organized beach. At the moment some larger resorts are being constructed and the future for 5-star hotels in Sithonia looks bright.
